Annex

With 7,279 square feet of space, the Annex consists of 4 partitioned sections and can be leased as a whole or in half-sections. The stage, located in Section 1 of the Annex, offers approximately 500 square feet of space.

Amenities

The Annex is equipped with wireless internet service, adjustable lighting and a full sound system. The commercial kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, food preparation area, two sinks, stove and microwave, and extensive serving counter.

Patio & Bay Door

Our covered Patio area with large roll up bay door is conveniently located right outside for easy loading/unloading to Annex and kitchen areas and can be used for event activities with prior approval from management.
