Applying for an Library Online Card (Victoria County Residents Only)

Library Online Cards are free to Victoria County Residents only. You can fill out the form by clicking this link.

  •  This card gives access to our digital resources for 90 days before it expires

Applying for a Full Service Library Card

Library cards are free to residents of Texas. An application must be filled out in person along with at least one of the following:

  • Texas Residents need a 
  • Non-Texas Residents need a government-issued photo ID and a utility bill or lease agreement with current address

Juvenile Library Cards

Juvenile library cards are issued to children 17 years and under with no minimum age restrictions. A family member must sign the application and proof of current address must be shown. A family member can be a:

  • Aunt
  • Grandparent
  • Legal parent or guardian
  • Step-parent
  • Uncle

Non-Resident Cards

Non-Resident cards are available for a $30 annual fee. This card allows you to check out 5 items at a time and provides access to library computers.

Patron Privacy

In accordance with state law, the library cannot give out patron information.
