District 3 - Duane Crocker

Duane Crocker is the City Council representative for District 3. A Victoria native, he is the principal shareholder in The Law Office of Duane G. Crocker, PC, and has more than 25 years of experience representing businesses and individuals. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Texas A&M University and his doctorate in law from Texas Tech University. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Victoria County Bar Association, and he has held leadership roles with the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent, the Boys & Girls Club of Victoria, the Victoria ISD Education Foundation and Parkway Baptist Church.
